Were there for a short stay. Staff was helpful.

Renovation activity in progress. No breakfast facility. Street noise.

The staff were helpful and cooperated to the level best.

The room had fungus, there was smell of diesel vehicles in the room since it was directly above the road, the bedsheet had holes in, the room was so unclean, chair and almirah was in bad condition as well as dirty.

The location of the hotel is very nice. They do not have free breakfast facility and the restaurant opens after 12 in the noon.

The place was very dirty. Rooms were not well kept with spider webs and insects.

It was terrible. In spite of full payment, they have not given me room

Behaviour of staff

No toiletries given..AC not working..Towel not given..unon several reminders they lastly given towel..no brakefast serve..Dinner food quality was very much poor.In bathroom their was no provision to keep clothes.

Nothing is served..for each and every thing remind them several time where only 20percent they are able to provide but everything mentioned complementary during booking

There are so many things .The bathroom ventilator was not covered properly making it open for a part to the roof of the next building rooftop. There are so many mosquitos biting.They could not provide any mosquito repellent in the absence of which there could exacerbation of the chance of Dengue. Same apprehension was expressed by one of those cme to reside there .The bathroom basin bibcock was not fixed properly requiring both hands to open or close it.There are so many more. On asking cash receipt on payment by cash they said that it would be sent to me online.But I did not get anyone.

Nothing is good there except location and room size. There was not even a soap or handwash provided in washroom.

The location was good but no one picked up our call to give us the location. The rooms were dirty and had cockroaches and rats running about the room. There was no parking place and we had to park our car on the road. There were no services provided. There was no room service, as the Desk man said that all staff were on leave. I asked them, why they had to accept the booking in this case. They had nothing to say. They asked us to pay before we checked into the rooms. I would not recommend this property to any one.

There was nothing to like in this hotel. We wrote a review while in the said hotel. No one contacted us to set things right.

Add proper lighting in side the room and ceiling fan, bed is not good

Room was at noisy place ,too much vehicles sound was coming from outsideTv was not working1 ceiling light was not workingNight bulb holder was there but bulb was not there.

Staff were ultimately helpfull, but barely spoke English, so I could not even communicate my questions. No information is given, not online, not at arrival.

The building is completely dilapidated, I even doubted to go up through the destroyed or unbuild levels (see pics). Worse: they did not provide a receipt of payment, even after insisting twice.

The only thing I liked about this hotel were the staff and the location. The staff were the most polite and helpful people. They even immediately changed my room when they found the issue with the AC. They have a restaurant downstairs and the food was good though the quantity were quite less. The location was good as it was close to my work site.

Though the room were spacious the AC was dirty and gave out foul smell. There was no electric kettle, or telephone in the room. One had to keep calling on a mobile number even for a glass of warm water. The fan made a lot of noise.

It was a great experience. Hotel staff is supportive and polite, best for friends/couples @ location

The staff was very polite. Their behavior was also very good. They interacted in such a good manner with me. They provided me each and every piece of information. I have tried lunch in this hotel, and the taste was delicious. The Manager of this hotel named Ashok Ji was very supportive. I suggest that every hotel should keep this type of staff in their hotel. I Loved it.

There is nothing to dislike. Because during check-in to check-out every member of the hotel was taking care that I fell comfortable there. They take care of me and my privacy. Thanks, Hotel Divira Inn.
